在北區區議會、北區醫院、北區中學校長會及北區小學校長會贊助下，生命火花學會與香港聖約翰救傷會協辦「心肺復甦好易學、好易做」活動，加強北區的學生、家長及教職員對急救的認識，藉此機會推廣心肺復甦法。心肺復甦法的培訓課程，於2006年9月至10月期間在北區醫院急症室的北翼舉行，由生命火花學會提供數百個模型讓學員實習，香港聖約翰救傷會提供數十名導師負責訓練，合格者可獲頒發證書。共9間中學及9間小學參與，舉辦了20個課程，培訓了664人。並以「心肺復甦好易學、好易做」為主題，設立標語創作比賽，讓心肺復甦法普及化。
Under the auspice of the North District Council, North District Hospital, North District Secondary Schools Principals Association and North District Primary School Heads Association, SPARK of Life and Hong Kong St John Ambulance Association jointly organised a "CPR- Easy to Learn, Easy to Perform" project, in order to promote first aid knowledge to students, parents and teachers of the North District, especially in regard to cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). CPR training courses were held at the North Wing, Accident & Emergency Department of the North District Hospital during the months of September and October 2006. SPARK of Life provided hundreds of manikins for practice, while St John Ambulance Association recruited dozens of instructors for training, and certificates would be issued to those who successfully completed the course. Altogether, 9 secondary schools and 9 primary schools participated in the project, with 20 courses run and 664 persons trained.
In addition, with the theme of "CPR - Easy to Learn, Easy to Perform", a slogan competition was rolled out to publicize CPR.
